Beypok is focused to ensure a 100% satisfaction on all software development services. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer a blanket refund policy. We're committed to help resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
At Beypok, each project we undertake is with the end goal in mind. The responsibility of achieving a successful outcome is as much ours as it is our clients'. Thus, we believe that every possible effort should be employed to arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution if any situation of service dissatisfaction arises. Refunds are considered only when all other resolution avenues have been exhausted.
Our ultimate objective is to find a mutually beneficial solution. However, if for any reason you remain unsatisfied and consider requesting a refund, we kindly ask you to allocate a few valuable moments to reach out to us at solutions@beypok.com for a final discussion before initiating a refund request.
Conditions of Refunds
For our software development and related services, we offer a refund in the following circumstances:
- If the project has not been initiated by our team.
- If there is a failure to deliver as per our agreed solution delivery through duly signed contracts, the partial refund will be in proportion to the assignment completed.
- After the project has been completed and all documents are sent over to the client, no refund will be provided. Instead, we will work closely with you to address your concerns and deliver a satisfactory outcome.
